WEBER-HYDRAULIK also receives TISAX® certification at its Wykroty site

Wykroty, October 1st, 2025. WEBER-HYDRAULIK has successfully passed the TISAX® (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) audit at its site in Wykroty (Poland).

The internationally recognized seal of approval once again confirms the hydraulics specialist’s strong commitment to information security, particularly in its collaboration with partners in the automotive industry. The TISAX® system, developed by the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA), ensures that sensitive data in the automotive supply chain is protected.

With this seal of approval, WEBER-HYDRAULIK demonstrates that the high standards in the areas of data protection, data integrity, and data availability are also met at its Wykroty location. The Güglingen location, the group’s headquarters, was certified back in September 2024.

Continuous optimization in ISMS

As part of the audit, key processes relating to the information security management system (ISMS) were critically examined, specifically developed further, and adapted to the applicable requirements. WEBER-HYDRAULIK has thus significantly and sustainably strengthened information security at its Wykroty site.

Among other things, the audit led to the introduction of digital key management and an updated protection zone concept with defined access regulations and a more precise demarcation of sensitive areas on the company premises. These measures had already been established in the Güglingen audit. In order to raise awareness of information security in everyday work, targeted information security training courses were also held for all employees.

“The successful audit at our Polish site is another milestone in our group-wide information security strategy. With the improvements we have implemented, we have not only achieved a higher level of standardization and security awareness in times of rapidly increasing security threats, but also strengthened the trust of our national and international partners,” explains Frank Bissinger, IT manager of the group of companies.

Transparency and trust – also via the ENX portal

As required by TISAX®, the audit results are stored in the ENX portal and can be viewed by other TISAX® participants.

However, the successful audits in Güglingen and Wykroty are not the end, but part of a continuous improvement process with regard to information security at WEBER-HYDRAULIK. Further measures are planned for the next two years to consistently promote the topic of information security throughout the group.
